Parcel 0 is our first experiment into land ownership as a DAO, using the Wyoming DAO law. This means that CityDAO members will control CityDAO LLC, which will own a piece of land.

How it works: After much debate and legal conversations, the use case for parcel 0 will be focused around conservation. 1,000 Conservation NFTs will be issued as "easements" onto the property that grant the owner ownership of that parcel, as a commitment to conserve the property. This approach was taken because our parcel is quite mountainous and only zoned for building 1-2 buildings due to resource coonstraints.
Conservation NFT holders will get to vote on how the CityDAO Commons are used - for example for camping, building, or also conservation.
