• Whether the project is valuable for CityDAO citizens in terms of utility.

The CityDAO Citizen NFT will be used to make decisions about land acquisition, use, and laws.

Proposed powers of CityDAO

• Purchasing new land, renting land, and selling land.
• Resolving conflicts between parties, for example boundaries, natural resources, and conflicts of land use
• Setting tax policies to fund the City

Land wholly owned by one owner may be used as the owner sees fit as long as it does not violate laws or CityDAO policies.
